How it works
Paste a listing link
Paste a Realtor.com listing URL. We check it for free and show the facts and photos we found. Nothing is charged until you choose to import.
Import photos in listing order
Import up to 15, 24 or 30 photos depending on video length. We choose the highest-resolution version available. Prefer your own shots? Upload them and drag them into order.
Get a fact-checked script and narration
MakersGateway drafts a script using only the listing facts we verified. Edit it, then pick a voice. Each photo gets its own beat, shown uncropped over a soft blurred backdrop.
Close with your Brand
The final card shows your logo, name, call to action, phone, booking link, email and website. Lower-priority details drop out automatically so nothing gets cramped.
Pick the length
- 30 seconds: up to 15 photos (5–12 is the sweet spot)
- 45–60 seconds: up to 24 photos
- 90 seconds: up to 30 photos
- 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9 format
Fair-housing-minded
Imported briefs use property facts only. School ratings, crime or flood data, neighborhood demographics, tax and price history, and value estimates are left out. Prices on older listing checks are held back until you recheck them.
Fair pricing
A video costs 400 credits whatever its length. Listing import is a separate 100 credits, charged only after you accept, and refunded automatically if the photos can't be copied. If a listing can't be read, upload the photos yourself. The video price stays the same.
