Referral Program Terms

You must be at least 18, have a valid MakersGateway account in good standing, and follow applicable laws and these rules. The program may be unavailable where prohibited or restricted.

Under the current offer, when someone signs up through your referral link and completes their first qualifying paid purchase, you receive 500 Flexible Content Credits and they receive 250 Flexible Content Credits.

A qualifying purchase is the referred customer's first successfully paid, non-zero MakersGateway purchase (for example a paid subscription or credit pack). Signing up alone, free trials, promotional or reward credits, and zero-dollar transactions do not qualify. There is no reward for signup alone.

Rewards are pending for 30 days starting at the qualifying transaction. The exact release date is shown in the app. Pending credits cannot be spent. After the release date, valid rewards become available credits automatically.

Pending rewards may be cancelled if the qualifying payment is fully refunded, charged back or disputed, or in cases of fraud, self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, manipulation or other abuse. We do not create negative balances, but we may investigate, withhold, cancel or correct rewards affected by abuse or error, including after release.

Each new customer can be attributed to only one referrer, once, and only before their first paid purchase. Existing or already-paying customers cannot be attributed retroactively, and referrers cannot be changed after attribution.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or other payment.

If you share your link publicly, clearly disclose that you may receive MakersGateway credits or other value — for example: "I may receive MakersGateway credits if you sign up and become a paying customer through my link." You are responsible for complying with advertising and endorsement rules that apply to you.

Do not bid on MakersGateway or MillsGuild trademarks in paid search, or use impersonating, misleading or deceptive domains, accounts or ads, unless we explicitly authorize it in writing. No spam.

Participating does not make you an employee, agent, franchisee, partner or representative of MillsGuild LLC.

We may modify, suspend or end the program, or change future reward amounts, at any time going forward. Rewards that are already validly pending keep the amount and release terms shown when earned, unless cancelled under these rules.
